Drivers on Sienna Ranch Road will hit nightly lane closures at the Fort Bend Parkway starting Tuesday, Oct. 6.

Webber Construction will shut down lanes at the intersection each night from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Thursday, Oct. 8, to install bridge beams, according to the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority's weekly closure notice. The Missouri City-based authority did not specify which lanes or directions would be affected.

The work is on the parkway FBCTRA extended to Sienna Ranch Road in November 2023 when it opened Segment B2. No broader project timeline or cost has been released for the beam installation.

A separate closure is already in place on the Grand Parkway. Park Construction closed the northbound right-turn lane on the SH-99 frontage road at Peek Road on Wednesday, Sept. 30. That closure is continuous, around the clock, through Saturday, Oct. 31.

FBCTRA posts updated lane closure schedules weekly on its website.
