A pediatric therapy clinic plans to open on Sienna Ranch Road in Missouri City in early 2027, offering speech and occupational therapy for children as young as eight months.

Therapy 4 Littles will operate at 6133 Sienna Ranch Road, Ste. A, serving children up to 18 years old, Community Impact first reported Wednesday, Sept. 30. The clinic will use play-led and child-led approaches, according to its website.

Co-founder Bekah Cherian said each therapy room will be paired with a private parent observation room equipped with a one-way window. Parents can watch sessions in real time without disrupting the child's therapy.

"We want to take the mystery out of therapy," Cherian said.

Cherian said the observation setup helps parents learn activities and techniques they can continue at home. The clinic's website describes the founders as parents who have navigated pediatric therapy themselves and "wanted something different" for Fort Bend County families.

The clinic will be private-pay only. It will not accept insurance or Medicaid directly. However, Therapy 4 Littles said it may provide superbills for families seeking possible out-of-network reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed receipt a family can submit to their insurance company to request partial reimbursement on their own. Families who need insurance-covered therapy will be referred to other local providers, the website states.

On the speech side, licensed therapists will address articulation, language delays, stuttering and social communication, according to the clinic's website. Occupational therapy will focus on motor skills, sensory processing and daily living skills.

The founders say they live in the Fort Bend community the clinic will serve. The website describes the practice as "built by parents" with firsthand experience seeking therapy for their own children.

The clinic has not announced a specific opening date beyond early 2027. Families can sign up for updates at therapy4littles.com or call (346) 816-8585.
